JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a Sales Director for Regional Insurers, you will be responsible for selling the Company's services to regional and local health plans, including provider sponsored delivery systems. The Company's services include provider networks, analytic services, and payment integrity solutions. The Director is responsible for achieving annual sales goals. Your specific duties in this role will include: Develop plan for the achievement of annual sales objectives for regional and local health plan market segment. Execute individual new business growth plan and achievement of sales target. Support key sales efforts via subject matter expertise and delivery of "Value Modeling" for targeted prospects. Facilitate the sales process and present value propositions to health plan prospects. Target and prioritize key industry prospects Collaborate and manage the assistance of finance, marketing, operations, and technology to ensure delivery of subject matter expertise to key staff at targeted prospects. Assist in the development of promotional and sales support materials. Act with a sense of urgency and ownership in executing sales plans. Ensure systematic data oriented efforts to improve consumer and/or client services. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements. Demonstrate commitment to the Company's core values. Job Requirements: JOB REQUIREMENTS As a Sales Director, you must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong decision-making, sales, account management, presentation, interpersonal, time management, analytical, organizational, and negotiating skills. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of clients. Specific qualifications for the role include: Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum 8 years experience in sales or account management. Prefer experience in selling services to regional and local health plans Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable Knowledge of the Company's products and services Possess healthcare market segment experience with contacts at the executive level Knowledge of claims workflows, electronic commerce, financials aspects of the healthcare delivery system, and dynamics between payers and providers Ability to collaboratively and consultatively work with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales to achieve revenue and profitability goals Proven ability to develop targeted business proposals and drive sales process from start to close.
