The Information Technology (IT) Junior Solutions Architect supports efforts to align hospital and service line operational workflow requirements with IT services and technology platforms. The Junior Solutions Architect supports gathering of IT requirements across strategic, operational, and project related efforts through the understanding of clinical and business workflows. Additionally, you will be the secondary liaison between senior entity and service line staff as well as the IT department. This is to ensure that the IT department's technology platforms are meeting all hospital and service line needs.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Technology or System Engineering. Master's degree in
Technology or System Engineering preferred.
• 6-8 years' experience supporting IT organizations in a customer facing support role.
• At least 5 years of experience working in the healthcare industry.
• ITIL v3 Foundations preferred.
