The Information Technology (IT) Junior Solutions Architect supports efforts to align hospital and service line operational workflow requirements with IT services and technology platforms. Supports gathering of IT requirements across strategic, operational, and project related efforts through the understanding of clinical and business workflows. Secondary liaison between senior entity and service line staff and the IT department to ensure that the IT department's technology platforms are meeting all hospital and service line needs.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
• Support gathering of hospital and service line requirements to shape IT system configurations. Supports change management efforts to ensure successfully requirement implementation
• Participate in IT Operations discussions to ensure hospital and service line requirements shape response strategies
• Support strategic alignment of hospital and service line needs to IT capabilities, identifying and addressing gaps with IT Director leadership
• Communicates hospital and service line clinical workflows to IT staff
• Support IT projects and/or multi-person responses to ad-hoc customer requests

Required Qualifications: Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree with a Technology concentration
• 2-3 years experience supporting IT organizations in a customer facing support role
