The Information Technology (IT) Senior Solutions Architect leads efforts to align hospital and service line operational workflow requirements with IT services and technology platforms. Leads gathering of IT requirements across strategic, operational, and project related efforts through the understanding of clinical and business workflows. Primary liaison between senior entity and service line staff and the IT department to ensure that the IT department's technology platforms are meeting all hospital and service line needs.

Job Responsibilities:
• Leads gathering of hospital and service line requirements to shape IT system configurations. Leads change management efforts to ensure successfully requirement implementation
• Participate in IT Operations discussions to ensure hospital and service line requirements shape response strategies
• Lead strategic alignment of hospital and service line needs to IT capabilities, identifying and addressing gaps with IT Director leadership
• Communicates hospital and service line clinical workflows to IT staff
• Lead IT projects and/or multi-person responses to ad-hoc customer requests

Required competencies
• Solid understanding of hospital and/or primary care provider departmental workflows
• Solid understanding of computer systems characteristics, features, and integration capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute on communication plans to manage organizational change
• Ability to articulate technical concepts/strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional service orientation
• Solid understanding of design and integration process for a broad suite of technologies

Education and Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Technology or System Engineering. Master's degree in Technology or System Engineering preferred
• 6-8 years' experience supporting IT organizations in a customer facing support role
