Job Description Property Management Company has an opening for a maintenance technicians to service several commercial buildings in Owning Mills. This position will be responsible for the day to day building operations, including tenant requests, performing repairs, maintenance of building systems and overseeing the work of subcontractors who are performing service work. Job Requirements: Job Requirements Have a variety of experience in basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs and the standard set of tools required to perform these trades. Basic knowledge of commercial HVAC systems Commercial office building experience is preferred. Good verbal and written skills to be able to effectively interact with tenants and subcontractors High school diploma, GED and/ or vocational training Strong organizational and Customer Service skills Basic ability to operate a Computer, Smart Phone or Tablet Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug test.
