Ref ID: 04510- 325 Classification: Marketing/Communications Manager Compensation: DOE One of TCG's leading client is looking Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing and supporting local marketing activities aimed at both prospects and existing customers. Most importantly the role will involve working closely with sales staff, Field Marketing in Israel and US based corporate marketing to localize and create and own the activities to generate quality leads and drive sales revenue and track the results. You will need to put independently into action various marketing activities that will lead to increase revenues and pass through leads to the Sales team. You will plan, design, manage, execute and analyze the marketing activities for each territory. You will need to understand what works for the Digital Intelligence market and ensure delivery (together with Global and Corp marketing) in a detail oriented and well thought out way. Marketing activities may include: Attendance to conferences and exhibitions, user seminars in many states, planning mailers and digital media campaigns, working with marketing automation tools such as Eloqua, and aligning marketing activities with the sales team via Salesforce and other systems. The Field marketing manager is expected to: Build the marketing plan including: Defining the marketing goals for all marketing activities Hands-on execution of many marketing activities Implement the annual marketing plan (eg organize and attend Seminars, Exhibitions, Webinars, Digital media, e-mailers etc.) Organize the resources needed and budget to execute the market activities for the year. Set targets for each tactic in terms of number of new customer hits, new leads generation. Report and measure targets Go to Market Have a strong understanding of the GoToMarket Product Plan and provide the Marketing Plan in accordance with this. (Regionalization). Organize the resources required to carry out the marketing activities according to marketing Plan Show the resources and limitation of the marketing plan create solutions to bridge the gaps Measure the output for lead generation, marketing effectiveness and ROI Adjustments and updates of Marketing Plan to improve on targets achievement Regular and Effective reporting and brainstorming of methods for improvements Be confident enough to say No at the right time Communication & Procedures Work closely with HQ and the Marketing team in Israel and the US. Ensure that the Sales team have been part of the marketing plan, believe and are engaged with the complete plan Follow global marketing guidelines. Maintain a database of activity and contacts Job Requirements: Can do attitude, hardworking and enjoys a fun and fast environment like hi tech sales Smart and commercially minded individual who can think and act quickly At least 3-5 years proven record of achievement in field marketing, Experience in the forensic / security marketing preferably or Technology industries. Knowledge of developing and executing modern marketing and digital demand generation campaigns using marketing automation systems is important, with experience using the marketing automation platforms a plus. (Eloqua in as advantage) Experience in working with a sales team via SalesForce The candidate must have a proven track record executing marketing activities that leverage multiple internal resources and vendors. Knowledge of marketing principles and practices. Happy to execute as well as design marketing plans. Ability to work well and build good relationships with local and teams overseas. Experienced in organizational detail and planning, with the ability to consistently meet demanding deadlines. Experienced in managing own workload with little supervision. Ability to keep abreast of the latest B2B marketing innovations. Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast paced environment and manage multiple programs at the same time. Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills. * Strong experience in lead generation, marketing automation and Pardot * Someone that comes from a technical sector or with a cyber security background is strongly preferred Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
