Serves as a key resource in supporting the clinical authorization processes, coordinating linkage between patients, primary care providers, specialty providers and insurance companies. Supports the referral process from primary care providers as well as pre-authorization approvals for medications and other services as ordered by providers. May provide other general administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining records and files, and providing assistance to customers.

Experience
Required: Health Insurance Plans - Previous experience, Secretary - 1 year

Preferred: Medical Terminology - Previous experience
