Responsible for leading projects and operational activities of assigned division within a Center of Excellence. Coordinates status reports as well as participates on teams and works with division staff (division management and leaders) and stakeholders to assure that goals are clearly defined and achieved. May assign work to team members to assure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables as appropriate. Develops policies and procedures in conjunction with division leadership as appropriate. Identifies and escalate issues following departmental guidelines.

Qualifications

Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree- Required

Minimum Work Experience
3 years- Relevant work experience (Required)
1 year- Relevant work experience with Masters degree (Preferred)

Functional Accountabilities

Division Liaison
1. Leads various projects within a division by being the primary point person.
2. Serves as the liaison between the division and other internal/external stakeholders as needed
3. Leads division specific partnerships with various stakeholders including leadership at affiliated institutions.
4. Communicates barriers, challenges and any other issues to division leadership that affect operations and project progress

Budget and Financial Management
1. May be responsible for appropriate use of funds and resources.
2. Prepare documentation and projections to support new programs and the budget planning process.
3. Monitors division's monthly performance reports and budget variances and resolve discrepancies as needed.

Safety
1. Speak up when team members appear to exhibit unsafe behavior or performance
2. Continuously validate and verify information needed for decision making or documentation
3. Stop in the face of uncertainty and takes time to resolve the situation
4. Demonstrate accurate, clear and timely verbal and written communication
5. Actively promote safety for patients, families, visitors and co-workers
6. Attend carefully to important details - practicing Stop, Think, Act and Review in order to self-check behavior and performance
