Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a leading provider in the telemedicine industry that is seeking an experienced and client focused Client Relations Liaison. The chosen candidate will carry proven healthcare client relationship/management experience and a willingness to bring new ideas as well as an eagerness to grow. Apply now or call 703-620-6444!

  • Daily, communicate with clients and act as the main point of contact to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Correspond with internal departments to meet client needs.
  • Use reporting and tracking tools to track client implementation
  • Sort, review and prepare client reports and information pertaining to billing as well as answer any questions from the client
  • Work with clients and internal teams to ensure appropriately functioning processes
  • Additional client relations duties as assigned

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • At least 1-3 years of healthcare client management/relations
  • Proven ability to problem solve
  • Revenue cycle management experience is a plus
  • Experience working in an EMR system is a plus
