The Data Modern Delivery team provides project implementations and changes to Single-Family Shared Information Assets (SIAs) and data services ensuring alignment with Single-Family Data Strategy and Future State Data Architecture!

Our Impact:
  • Coordinates implementation and further changes to Shared Information Assets (SIAs) ensuring alignment with target state architecture with coordinated, consolidated, and aligned approach
  • Ensure implementation of confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data on behalf of the data owner
  • Incrementally build out the Data Lake to have all data produced by Single Family for consumption of data
  • Enable Sourcing, Servicing, and Securities to support transactional needs


Your Impact:

In this Chief Product Owner (CPO) - Sr. Manager role, you will handle and lead the Servicing Program team under the Data & Decision - Data Modern Delivery team within the Single-Family line of business helping to transform the way in which Freddie Mac does business. The Chief Product Owner sets the vision and roadmap across multiple Agile teams within a scaled Agile framework. They identify the market/customer needs and Return on Investment and are accountable for product decisions that drive the flow of work across the capability.

Qualifications:
  • College Degree or equivalent experience;
  • Typically has 10+ years Servicing related experience and 5+ years management experience
  • In depth understanding of Servicing data and internal Freddie Mac system functionality highly desirable
  • Prior experience in a Product Management, Ownership role with shown examples of delivery
  • Lean and user centered design thinking examples put to practice
  • Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate impact initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and pay close attention to detail
  • Proven understanding of current technologies with the ability to develop and deliver projects using leading edge technologies
  • Understanding of agile development and continuous deployment practices. Understanding of scaled agile, release, increments.
  • Strong organization and time management skills: Operates independently with minimal guidance
  • High level of analytical ability to measure the velocity, capacity, and value of teams' contributions
  • Availability for occasional work beyond core business hours or weekends as needed
