White Oak Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist for our Respiratory Therapy Department who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist you will:
• Perform all necessary respiratory procedures using non-invasive methods, e.g. CPAP and
BIPAP therapies
• Educate staff on basic respiratory therapy procedures
• Carefully follow doctors' instructions and conduct all prescribed therapies accurately and
completely
• Participate in the diagnosis and evaluation of patients, recommend treatments, and advise
doctors on best practices to control abnormal functions in the patient's cardiopulmonary
systems
• Administer blood gas samples and perform basic analysis
• Document all treatments and report progress to physicians
• Maintain compliance with all laws and policies

Qualifications include:
• Associate degree in respiratory therapy
• Valid RRT or CRT license, current and in good standing
• 2+ years of experience as a licensed respiratory therapist
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong working knowledge of most up-to-date therapy procedures for patients
• Excellent bedside manner
