Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a rapidly growing organization that is seeking customer service representatives to join their team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a customer service role and the ability to work in a fast paced environment while growing and maintaining customer relationships! Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely, accurate and efficient service to customers via phone, email and live chat.
  • Work collaboratively with other members to troubleshoot issues and provide a working solution.
  • Provide and exemplify extraordinary customer service and represent the company in a positive light.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • At least 6+ months experience in a customer service representative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems with ease
  • Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Flexibility to quickly adapt within to changing business needs and processes
  • Must possess a can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Strong initiative, drive to succeed, and time management skills
  • A passion for delivering an excellent customer experience
