The Single-Family Business Resiliency Team (SFBRT) has an exciting opportunity for a Business Resiliency Senior Technology Lead to join our growing team of hardworking and collaborative professionals with diverse backgrounds.

Our Impact:

Our team partners with owners of critical business processes to demonstrate and maintain continuity of operations - routinely managing multiple time-sensitive business resiliency projects including planning for and executing disaster recovery testing, conducting operational risk and impact assessments, as well as developing Business Continuity plans.

Your Impact:

  • Play a meaningful role to ensure Single Families critical technology dependencies are identified and understood so response/workaround strategies are developed to demonstrate resiliency!!
  • Contribute significant thought leadership to the development of business resiliency program methodologies and approaches.
  • Collaborates with divisional and enterprise teams to establish, maintain and mature program processes and practices to ensure that the program aligns with industry standards and meets regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitates the assessment of operational, financial and reputational impacts of ground-breaking scenarios
  • Facilitates operational risk assessments, business impact analysis, business continuity strategy and measurable plan development in accordance with Enterprise program standards
  • Plans, coordinates, and facilitates tabletop and functional business continuity exercises for various scenarios that provide leaders and subject matter specialists the opportunity to remediate gaps in plans.
  • Manage a variety of tasks and projects of varying scale and complexity.


  • In-depth understanding of operational risk and business continuity management principles with proven application of these principles in an IT setting. Solid understanding of industry standards.
  • 7-10 years of experience developing business impact analyses, business continuity plans and related testing.
  • Strong project management/change management experience and strong organization/time leadership skills with the ability to quickly analyze business processes, identify their inherent inter-dependencies of people, technology, and upstream/downstream processes, and develop and execute plans to prepare people for growing in a changing work environment.
  • Highly developed relationship management, influencing and leadership skills.
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent business experience.
  • Industry certification in business continuity management preferred.

  • Ability to partner with and influence key stakeholders in an open, collaborative environment is key.
