Workforce Strategy Consultant - Experienced Associate (Mercer (US) Inc. - Washington, DC): Conduct statistical analysis independently. Reqts: Must have Bach deg or foreign equiv in Econ, Math, Stat, or a rel field +2 yrs of exp in the job offrd, or as a Global HR Information System & Analytics Intern, Sr. Workforce Strategy Analyst, Workforce Strategy Consultant, or a rel position. Must have 2 yrs of exp w/: Prgmg in SAS & R; Performing data transformation & quantitative analysis using lrg datasets; Stat modeling & data analysis exp, incl descriptive stat, significance testing (t-tests & chi-square), regression modeling, & clustering; Problem-solving skills; Working w/ & manipulating lrg databases; Conducting stat & econometric analyses independently; Data visualization tools incl Tableau & Power BI; Providing day to day techn'l support to address issues or discrepancies w/ data; Resolving data issues; Peer reviewing & overseeing data structures built by jr analysts; & Bldg new tools & protocols for future use, incl creating shiny modules in R shiny app, bldg user guide of tools, & writing SAS macros for improving the efficiency of prgms.
