We are seeking a Risk Technology thought leader to join our high profile and highly talented Freddie Mac technology team that supports our independent second line risk management business function and will help us transform the technology they rely on.

Our Impact:
  • Our team is responsible for managing the technology that our Enterprise Risk Management division utilizes
  • We innovate based on technology trends and emerging business needs and make sure the technology is there to support our business customers when they need it
  • We act as the voice of IT with our Enterprise Risk customers
Your Impact:
  • Provide thought leadership to a multi-year technology strategy and roadmap to improve, modernize, and consolidate technology solutions to meet gaps and pain points
  • Lead cross divisional programs to drive technology modernization in support of the roadmap
  • Lead the solutioning and implementation of technology to support our Third-Party Risk program
  • Be the "expert" on the application of technology to the Risk Management domain
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to other team members
  • 8-10 years related experience, with 2+ years of experience in a lead role
  • Demonstrated experience in business process and program management.
  • Ability to analyze business needs and identify technology solutions to meet those needs
  • Experience with GRC, Third Party Risk, Compliance, Integrated Risk Management, or other risk management software/tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred: Certified Enterprise Risk Professional (CERP) certification
  • Preferred: 3+ years in risk management at a large financial institution
