Job Summary/Company: Sparks has partnered with a fast growing tech company that is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Senior Human Resources Business Partner who can work collaboratively with various departments, specifically their Member Support team. The position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources and will be an integral part of the organization and the expansion of the Member Support department. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a start up environment or rapidly growing organizations, be able to adapt to changes as necessary and have at least 4 years of experience in an HR Management role.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute HR strategies and work closely in collaboration with the VP of Member Support and the Director of HR
  • Resolve any issues that arise in the Member Support organization
  • Execute performance review processes in close collaboration with team leads and managers
  • Work closely with senior leadership to create succession and promotion plans for high performers
  • Assess employee development needs; handle employee counseling and exit interviews
  • Ensure departmental plans and procedures are being followed through, identifying any areas for iteration or improvement with a focus in our Member Support Department
  • Maintain HRIS records and compile reports as needed
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • At least 4 years of experience as an HR Manager or HRBP
  • At least 2 years of experience working with senior leadership
  • Experience working in high-growth, high-demand environments
  • Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office
  • Ability to work with sensitive data and maintain strict confidentiality
  • PHR and or SHRM-CP certification a plus
