INVICTA is seeking an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Manager to lead a monitoring and evaluation contract that provides services to the US Navy. The IDIQ Manager shall bear primary responsibility for technical aspects of contract performance and other management responsibilities such as cost and quality control of all tasks and assignments. The IDIQ Manager will be the primary interface with the contract program management personnel.
