The Customer Service Assistant will provide administrative support to a busy Membership department for a large non-profit in the DC metro area.

Duties include:

- Work closely with Membership Director and team in supporting all department activities

- Communicate with members via phone and correspondence regarding any inquiries

- Update and manage all membership information utilizing Sales force, MS Office and customized software

- Research, respond and troubleshoot membership inquiries

- Schedule meetings and travel arrangements

- Communicate with all commercial tenants and assist with any inquiries

- Plan and coordinate all social events for Center

- Assist with budget preparation

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree preferred. Advanced MS Office skills required and 1year + of Customer Service experience.
