Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Grants Program Specialist who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Grants Program Specialist, you will:
• Search for appropriate grant opportunities
• Lead grant writing team, setting assignments and deadlines; works with AHC leadership, staff and others (internal and/or external) to facilitate a winning proposal document including narrative, budgets, and attachments through drafts to submission of application.
• Manages grants module in Workday, entering awards, grants, running reports, reviewing and approving expenses for allowability, allocability and reasonableness in accord with the award.
• Develop and process grant applications for funding
• Provide oversight, consultation and technical assistance for the management and administration of awarded grants.

Qualifications include:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Healthcare, Grants Management or related field
• Two to five years of grants experience, with preference for at least one year of federal grants experience
• Knowledge of grant regulations, guidelines, policies and procedures; ability to read and interpret new regulations, guidance, policies and procedures.
• Grants certification preferred
