Summary

Advisor plays a key role in helping to steer "Sandbox" and Ecosystem initiatives for the 50+ as a team player, problem solver and articulate communicator. Working with the Director, the advisor executes development plans as a detail-oriented driver, project coordinator and manager. Supports startups in their implementation solutions in testbed environments and helps lead all efforts around executing appropriate agreements with test partners and startups.
Responsibilities

Supports the Director in executing Ecosystem initiatives including identifying potential partners and establishing relationships.

Supports startups with integration and execution of relationship with Sandbox partners and other established relationships.

Helps manage details of the agreements, under guidance of the Director, including assistance with the execution of deliverables and necessary paperwork.

Helps design and implement experiments, along with startups, to test and validate solutions for refinement.

Devises clear solution development plans that propel solutions through Sandbox experimentation, testing, and refinement based on learnings.

Be an acute listener and people person who can find ways to Inspires and motivate teams in a manner that propels solutions forward.

Supports the Director with customer service and prospect outreach for new potential partners.
Requirements

Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Design, Engineering, Information Technology, or Business preferred

4 or more years experience managing projects and ideally supporting tasks involved in executing agreements.

Must possess a proficiency in project leadership, coordination, iaccount management, idea evaluation and experiment design.

Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Must possess a positive, "can do" attitude.

Must have superb verbal and visual communication skills.

Must be a clear and creative thinker, combined with acute listening skills in order to ensure that team needs are met.

Must understand the highs and lows associated with innovation and be able to help teams maintain focus in times of ambiguity and uncertainty.
