Job Title: Closeout Billing Specialist Location: Herndon, VA 20170 Position Type: Temp to Perm The Closeout Billing Specialist will calculate and prepare final project invoices, including necessary invoicing schedules and back-up data. Review organizational billing practices to ensure invoice accuracy within contractual terms, Federal Acquisition Regulations, and DCAA requirements. Prepares and analyzes schedules for accounts receivable and unbilled receivables. Assist accounts receivable collections team. Prepares and processes final invoices utilizing both a CACW and CCR method. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. This role calls for a well-rounded performer who thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
