Description SAIC is seeking an Integration and Test Engineer to provide system engineering and technical assistance within a Government Program Office. This position requires an active TS/SCI with Poly located in Chantilly, Virginia . In this role you will perform technical planning, systems integration, testing, risk analysis, and engineering analysis for major IC systems. Additional duties will also include working as a Program Office technical focal point for upcoming enterprise level test activities. Key responsibilities include: Daily interaction with customers and supporting contractors to include consultation, meeting coordination, and preparation/support to technical briefings Lead the development of integration plans and testing Execute tasks to generate papers, reports and briefings for government review and acceptance Review program and project deliverables, as required, for both technical accuracy and quality Establish and/or lead system test working groups to develop test planning documentation required for each test owned by the customer organization Monitor test execution, document completed objectives, and report status to senior Government leadership Work with customer enterprise to establish test dates for future customer organization test campaigns Identify evidence required for closure of allocated enterprise/system-level requirements Lead and support various program technical and management forums and meetings (including Test / Integration Reviews, Engineering Review Boards, Technical Exchange Meetings, Program Management Reviews, and Project Reviews). Qualifications Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Math, Physics, or related scientific or technical discipline and five (5) or more years of experience; or Masters degree and three (3) or more years of experience; or PhD and zero or more years of experience Experience in executing similar test campaigns for satellite systems Demonstrated excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills Must be self-starter, requiring little to no government direction Desired Qualifications: Familiarity with command media associated with system/enterprise test and integration Familiarity with GEOINT Command & Control (C2) systems and ground sites MS in math science, or engineering field 5 years experience leading similar system test campaigns for GEOINT systems Familiarity with vehicle operations
