Job Summary/Company: A well-known physical security organization is seeking a Benefits Administrator who can start immediately! Ideal candidates will bring with them 2-5 years of experience in a well rounded benefits role , a passion for HR and the ability to start as soon as possible. This organization offers excellent perks you won't find with many other companies so if you're a benefits guru, apply now! (*This position will require to work both remotely and on site)

Responsibilities:
• Manage the administration of all employee benefit programs
• Handle all leave plans, workman's compensation, FMLA and LOA
• Handle employee questions regarding benefit plans and leave
• Oversee and ensure compliance of all health and wellness programs

Qualifications/Background profile:

• Targeting candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience supporting multi-state employee bases is preferred
• Experience supporting large employee bases is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in HR (or related field) and/or PHR are preferred
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations impacting employee benefit programs is critical
