Position Overview:

The Freddie Mac Single Family Client Solutions team is looking for a Technology Change Management Senior to ensure that the voice of the client is integrated into the planning and development of our technology.

Our Impact:
  • We assist in the Client Experience enablement and market rollout
  • We collaborate with the Customer Experience team to effectively support our Sales teams on our technology rollouts and other related inititatives.
  • We ensure that the voice of the client is represented in our technology roadmaps and offerings.

Your Impact:
  • Support the newly developed technology intake process as part of the Modern Delivery/Product Delivery Model
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to translate customer and pain points and opportunities into roadmap deliverables
  • Review client technology feedback and intake, partnering with the Salesforce and client-facing teams to influence our clients' experience

  • 3+ years of related work experience, with Loan Advisor experience
  • 1+ years of Salesforce experience
  • Proven ability to learn new business concepts and react quickly
  • Versatile and focused team player that is comfortable under pressure and thrives in an environment with changing priorities
  • Strong quantitative, analytic, and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience

  • Superior oral and written communications skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Self-starter/independent thinker: demonstrated ambition to take on new roles with increasing responsibility with limited guidance and direction from management
  • Experience working on change management projects, especially projects involving changes to business applications
