As a Health Information Management (HIM) Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing, scanning, and indexing/verification of medical records and charts in a timely manner, retrieving and reconciling all discharge records and loose/miscellaneous documents, researching and correcting errors made in the processing function, and maintaining the integrity of the medical record per privacy and confidentiality rules.

Qualifications:
• High school graduate or GED; Associate or Bachelor's Degree in HIM preferred
• 1 year experience in healthcare field
• Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) Certification preferred

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm, with Rotating Holidays
