They take over at the time of application and then hand off/coordination/back-forth with UW so def tracking through it's closing (more so tracking purposes though)..so yes. 4. Is government experience necessary or preferred (FHA, VA) Yes. The more broad the experience the better and the more products, the better 5. What type of background or company experience would you like to see from our candidates? They need to have Correspondent Lending experience (smaller direct lenders)-> NOT only Big bank. 6. Are they processing new home purchases or refinances? Mixed bag.
