Responsibilities OVERVIEW: Oversee the management of the manufacturing engineering, facilities engineering and maintenance teams. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Management of the manufacturing engineering, facilities engineering and maintenance teams. * Overall responsibility for the maintenance department including proactively driving measured improvement in maintenance effectiveness. The Maintenance Manager reports directly to this position. * Must be highly skilled at prioritization of department resources. * Must be highly skilled and well versed in injection molding facility primary and ancillary support equipment. Must have in depth knowledge of plant water systems, pneumatic systems, power systems, cranes and material delivery systems. Must have a track record of installing, improving and maintaining such systems. * Manage the installation, preventative maintenance, repairs and upgrades of production equipment and facilities. * Develop a work class predictive maintenance system with root cause failure analysis. * Safety - Assure all maintenance and facilities equipment are operating safe and meet all regulatory requirements. * Must stay current on changes and trends within the maintenance discipline and revise department procedures and processes to assure maximum effectiveness. QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Plastics or Electrical Engineering, required. * Minimum 8 years experience in an injection molding manufacturing environment. * Experience applying Industry 4.0 in a manufacturing environment. * Experience developing a predictive maintenance program. * Experience in extrusion, a plus. * Experience with ISO systems. * Must be able to demonstrate effective team leadership. * Must be able to demonstrate effective project management skills. * CAD skills are desirable PI123456114
