Responsibilities Lead marketing copywriter, crafting engaging and effective marketing copy for emails and digital marketing for event and program marketing Manage digital advertising and retargeting campaigns Work with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaign elements and track plans Track performance of marketing campaigns and optimize underperforming elements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Journalism, marketing, communications, English, or equivalent Approximately 5 years' experience in marketing with strong copywriting and digital marketing skills Ability to multi-task and juggle projects Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills Expertise in social media platforms Skilled at building digital ad campaigns Basic graphic design preferred, video content skills a plus Knowledge of Google Analytics a plus Experience working in CMS platforms and email management applications PandoLogic.
