ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES . Staff members will be working inside of a Verizon store . Staff members will be required to talk to consumers about the fiberoptic home service Verizon has to offer o Fios Internet o Fios TV Service o Home Phone Service . Will help new customer interested in services as well existing customers who are looking to upgrade their services . Purpose of the role is to drive sales and to support the Verizon customers o 60% of role is helping with sales and services o 40% of the role is helping support distribution of equipment for customers who have signed up for service, are swapping out their equipment or who are discontinuing their service o May be asked to help with billing questions at times Job Requirements:. Ability to build relationships with consumers . Team Player o Will be working with Creative Channel and Verizon employees . Sales driven . Ability to discuss key product features . Flexible schedule o Will not necessarily work the same set schedule each week . Retail/Sales experience a plus but not required . Customer focused o How can we best support the customer . Passion for technology
