Our client in Alexandria is immediately hiring for a Recruiting Manager to join their growing team. This is a Direct Placement opportunity and pay will vary based on experience. Qualified candidates will have an interview scheduled within 48 hours of resume submission. Job Requirements7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience is requiredBachelor's degree is required.Experience in managing projects and/or recruiting in the Federal contracting space.Candidates must be willing and able to obtain a public trust clearance.Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles (healthcare would be a bonus).Must have experience utilizing Applicant tracking Systems. Job ResponsibilitiesManage full cycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience.Cultivate and maintain an ongoing strong working relationship with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand the business units, facilitate workforce planning strategies and create a partnership that ensures a streamlined and effective hiring process.Work with recruiting team members (Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy for open requisitions.Maintain reporting metrics and generate reports on regular basis; maintain and advise on recruiting FY budgets.Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates.Identify potential and priority candidates through the internal resume database, candidate referrals, networking, and web sourcing; establish key channels to recruit new hires.About Aerotek: Your success starts with the right career opportunity.
