Responsibilities

The incumbent will serve as the HR Data Analytics Program Manager and will advocate and empower customers to integrate data into HR decision-making. The incumbent will collect, extract, analyze, benchmark, interpret, and visualize HR data and trends to support strategic workforce and other HR objectives; performs data stewardship role, tracks and monitors data requests, and analyzes risk of aggregated data and/or the release of sensitive data with customers and stakeholders; acts as a consultant on HR data and recommends solutions to complex HR challenges and studies; represents the organization on agency-wide and department-wide work groups and projects; provides written and oral briefings to senior level management on HR data and surveys using data visualization techniques; ensures data integrity and usefulness; performs program reviews, conducts needs assessments, establishes annual priorities, deliverables, and success measures; mentors and trains on HR data analytics; performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To qualify, applicants must have one year of specialized experience at least the GS-13 level. Specialized experience is defined as experience providing data driven advice to stakeholders to aid business decisions; designing and conducting data analysis and reporting for the purpose of identifying, analyzing, and reporting and making recommendations to management.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
