Senior .NET Developer for Government Employees Insurance Company (GEICO) to work at our Chevy Chase, MD loc. Perform complex .NET app analysis, design, unit testing, implementation, + maintenance activities under minimal direction. Diagnose + correct application + infrastructure issues. Manage application security vulnerabilities + maintain compliance w/ industry security standards. Research + eval new software, frameworks, + techniques to provide recommendations to the division + training to other developers + perform code reviews. Document + maintain application reqs + technical specs. May work remotely 1 day/wk. May undergo background checks incl. drug screen and credit check.
