UPS is seeking a dynamic part-time HR Supervisor to impact the operation by administering and communicating HR policies, procedures and programs in several of the following areas: employment, employee relations, safety, reporting and record keeping, training, etc. He/She facilitates presentations and training as needed. The HR Supervisor also assists in investigations and conducts research based on information requests from managers. He/She works collaboratively with other members of the HR Team and maintains a working knowledge of other roles in the function.Responsibilities and DutiesAdministers and communicates HR policies, procedures and programsFacilitates presentations and training programsSupports HR office and operationConducts investigations and researchKnowledge and SkillsMust have excellent communication skills, both written and verbalDetail orientedSelf-motivated and able to work with little supervisionGood conflict resolution skills, patience and listening skillsAbility to work with employees on various levelsMust be proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint and ExcelMust be available to work flexible shift hoursBachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) - PreferredPrior HR knowledge/experience - PreferredPrevious facilitation experience - Preferred UPS is an equal opportunity employer.
