Kramer Consulting Services, PC (KRAMER) is a multi-faceted organization providing owner s representation/project management services for all phases of new construction and renovation projects. Established in 1994, KRAMER provides unbiased advice resulting in added value to our clients who range from public and private institutions to business enterprises; encompassing the full spectrum of owner and end-user markets. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This position will manage a portfolio of work including small to medium sized building renovations and building upgrades and small ground up construction projects (up to 20,000 sf). Successful applicants will have a Bachelor s degree in a related field and 4-7 years of practical experience in project administration. Experience working with government clients preferred. Experience in construction management or real estate required. Please send cover letter and resume to: @kramerdc.com Job Requirements: Responsibilities include: Supporting the Project Team on projects and assignments of varying complexity and size. Proactively managing project-related issues. Developing scope, schedule, and budget for assigned projects. Conducting and documenting weekly meetings. Accurately and completely documenting meetings through standard minutes. Coordinating and tracking all RFP s, RFI s, submittals, and other information logs. Maintain accurate and consistent electronic files and documentation. Interacting and negotiating with general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals. Preparing/updating project status reports, process purchase, and change orders and invoices, update tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and financials. Demonstrating a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner. Essential Skills Ability to prepare and track budgets. Understanding of technical requirements for business relocation. Understanding of architectural and engineering drawings and furniture and space planning concepts. Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed. Experience in construction management or real estate required. Highly organized with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and manage priorities. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive-level clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented. Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
