ECS is seeking a ServiceNow Systems Architect to work in our Washington, DC office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. Job Description: We are currently seeking a detailed, communicative, and experienced ServiceNow System Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the backend configuration of ServiceNow and have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. About the Job Create, maintain and enhance future connections between ServiceNow and other systems Support the discovery, requirements gathering, and the build out of core ServiceNow functionality Complete backend configurations in ServiceNow Collaborate with developers and business analysts in an Agile development environment Work with government product owner to provide technical insight on business requirements and functional design Lead the vision for dashboards, metrics, etc. and provide the concepts to the developer for implementation Support testing, configuration, change, and release management Support development efforts, as needed Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products Required Skills: Must be a US Citizen Bachelor's Degree 10 - 12 years' Systems Integration experience 5+ years ServiceNow development experience Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform Experience creating dashboards, customized forms, and workflows in ServiceNow Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Experience working in an Agile project environment with emphasis on frequently delivering functional software releases at a sustainable pace Desired Skills: Familiarity with Human Resources business processes ECS is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate or allow discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, citizenship, disability, veteran status or any other classification protected by federal, state, or local law.
