This position truly requires a blend of strong people, project management, and technical skills. The ability to work collaboratively with both business and IT partners is essential. Required Qualifications:Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory position (ie, goal setting, reporting, budgeting, performance evaluation, etc.) A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, related field (Business, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science) or equivalent professional experience is required Demonstrated team or project leadership Relationship and partnership building ETL, and/or Data Architecture knowledge Relational Database (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server) understanding Big Data / Hadoop experience is a plus.
