All while driving the careers and growth of your associates!Basic Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in an IT leadership position, or with experience managing critical and technical projectsProven track record of supporting and operationalizing production applicationsExperience with Big Data, the Hadoop Ecosystem, NoSQL databases, Web Services, and Service Oriented Architecture applicationsPassion to innovate and provide solutions to challenges that are encounteredExperience in developing associates through providing coaching, feedback, and mentoringExcellent verbal/written communication skills, including communicating technical issues to non-technical audiencesA Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, related field (business, finance, mathematics, computer science) or equivalent professional experience is requiredPreferred Qualifications:Working knowledge of Docker, Spark, Graph Databases, and ETL/ELT workflowsExperience leading Agile teams and project deliverablesExperience with Continuous Integration (CI) using Maven, Artifactory, Jenkins and Container based deploymentsNote: The safety of our associates, both current and future, is GEICOs highest priority.
