Who You Are: You have an interest in joining connectRN as a Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) to provide essential care to seniors and other residents at nursing homes and assisted living facilities. What Your Responsibilities Will Look Like Provide activities of daily living (ADLs) to nursing home residents in accordance with individualized care plans. Complete certified nursing assistant records documenting care provided. Maintain a safe, neat, and clean environment. Report to the charge nurse or administrative staff incidents or evidence of resident abuse or violation of residents' rights. How We Know You're A Good Fit Certified to work as a GNA High School Diploma/GED. Proficient interpersonal relations and communication skills. Punctual and reliable in terms of shift attendance.
