The Sales Manager will be a brand ambassador, responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for potential clients and informing others with special needs of our services. Candidate must be passionate about helping people, about collaborating with team members and achieving professional and personal growth. Scope: You will in charge of managing sales using busines plans, out-of-the-box initiatives, planned meetings and engaging with clients and vendors In coordination with our marketing department, you will engage in social media campaigns that will generate leads. Duties and Responsibilities: Meeting with potential new clients for initial consultation and overview of our service. Identifying and participate in outreach / networking opportunities. Collect and present in-depth information to Senior Leadership identifying patterns, opportunities, or areas of improvement for future developments. Understand our ideal customers and how they can relate to our service. Setting individual sales targets with sales team and other support staff. Track, report and react to patterns, trends, and sales variables. Oversee the activities and performance of sales team. Development of sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education. Be knowledgeable about the services offered and able to explain them to prospective and existing clients. Cultivate a strong relationship with prospective clients recognizing and honoring the inherent worth and dignity of each person. Qualifications: 1-3 Years of Inside/Outside sales management experience preferably in retail, tourism, or technology sales. Paralegal background and/or experience highly desirable. Track record of exceeding sales goals and quotas on regular basis Able to work independently and excel in fast paced environment. Can conscientiously adapt to the changing needs and evolution of the business. Hunter approach whilst using Farmer techniques to develop pipeline of prospects and potential clients. Adhere to strictest confidentiality standards. Computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and ability to quickly learn other online software platforms, including financial and mobile applications Strong presentation skill - both online and in person. Well groomed and professional appearance. Moderate to extensive travel required (Approximately 50%). Must have valid driver license and reliable mode of transportation. Must be able to pass Background Check and Drug Screening tests.
