This role ensures all operational goals are met and provides technical and design support for Commercial Sales and Operations. Position is responsible for managing team providing system designs for commercial Accounts; while continuing to perform designs 50% of the time.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage and support team creating systems designs including Burglar Alarm, Video, Card Access, Fire Alarms or other systems as needed. Identify new opportunities to improve operations infrastructure support and related service performance.Manage to SLA's and due dates for all designs, monitor progress of designs vs. SLA'sIdentify where the team needs improvement or adjusted priorities, Assign designs requests as they come in to manage the design team's workload.Evaluates and secure additional company certifications and partnerships as necessary.Responsible for managing team of 6 to 10Job Requirements:Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:Bachelor's Degree (BA) or equivalent experience5-7 years related experience and/or training5-7 years management experience leading teams Equivalent combination of education and experienceAdditional Skills and Certifications:NICET Fire Alarm certificationSecurity equipment (Access Control, Video, Fire Alarm etc), Emergency Power Systems, Security System Design, Electrical Principles, knowledge and trainingTime management and oversite skillsUnderstanding and working knowledge of ADT processes and Sales Pilot, Oracle, Concur etc, preferredADT Commercial LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
