Put your Electrical expertise to work helping growing organizations expand their production capabilities. Aerotek is seeking qualified Electricians to help their client meet project needs. You'll be a key player in the company's project completion by completing electrical installation, maintenance, or repair of equipment for generation, distribution, or utilization of electricity. This is a great role for an experienced Electrician who takes pride in custom work and enjoys a fast-paced team environment.Responsibilities:Replaces electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.Installation and repair of a variety of electrical equipment, such as generators, transformers, ATS equipment, switchboards, controllers, circuit breakers, disconnects, motors, heating units, conduit systems, variable frequency drives, UPS, MCC's, Etc.Working from blueprints, drawings, layouts, or other specifications.Locating and diagnosing trouble in the electrical system or equipment.Working standard computations relating to load requirements of wiring or electrical equipment.Use of a variety of electrician's hand tools, and test & measurement instruments.Perform maintenance and service as needed to support ongoing facility operations for the Facilities Department that are initiated through work requests or as dispatched by the engineering control room, call center, and or a member of management in accordance with Hospital standardsPerforms monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual preventive maintenance on assigned distribution systems and reports corrective actions required.Maintain Life Safety Systems.Communicates with customers regarding work request status and coordination.Skills & Qualifications:Journeyman or Master Electrician LicenseOSHA 10 preferred Arc Flash NFPA 70E preferred GED or High School DiplomaExperience working in an outdoor and indoor environmentExpertise with construction blueprints and electrical schematicsSafety:The company is taking every precaution to create a safe workplace.
