ECS is seeking a Junior Atlassian Systems Engineer to work in our Arlington, VA office. Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated, meticulous and driven Atlassian System Engineer - Junior to join our team. The role will focus on Linux system administration, scripting of custom processes, and development of additional resources to extend the functionality of the system. About the Job Track and manage system performance and identify ways to optimize performance Research and identify new tools that can improve the overall system and services Provide advanced configuration of the Atlassian suite of tools Analyze, research, manage, and implement integrated Atlassian tools, plugins, and applications Build reports to provide deeper insights into the capabilities of the tool suite Development of script/web apps to extend functionality of the system Help define how information systems may be upgraded or replaced Translate business requirements to technical specifications Adherence to best practice standards Required Skills: Must be a US Citizen Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Math) or 4 years of relevant experience.
