Job Summary/Company: Our client is searching for an expert in Salesforce to assist its Membership department in a database transition. If you have a background in membership and/or development and have strong knowledge of Salesforce, please submit your resume and give us a call at 202-463-5100.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the conversion to a new Salesforce membership database by cleaning up member records, updating rosters, and supporting other assigned tasks
  • Edit and update membership records in the database including change of address, status, payment information, and other pertinent membership information
  • Process orders for membership dues, subscriptions, publications, and donations in the database
  • Answer telephone inquiries from members and handle requests as appropriate
  • Serve as the point of contract for emails received by the Membership department
  • Serve as primary liaison with payroll deduction chapters, including record management, outreach to chapter and/or institution contacts, and support of reporting needs

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years membership experience required
  • Proficiency with Salesforce required
  • Ability to work remotely
