Responsibilities: Marketing of parts and sales services including extended warranties, maintenance plans , machine inspections, over hauls, standard job quotes and special aftermarket promotions. Perform follow-up calls at customer locations regarding parts and service. Address customer concerns and resolve problems effectively and efficiently. Profile customer's machines, vehicles and demographic information. Participates in product demonstrations and clinics for customers and participates in local trade shows and dealership promotional events. Work with established accounts as well as developing new business. Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge: Preferably two years of experience in agricultural and farming equipment. Previous involvement in sales, service, training or other related activities. Excellent Customer Relationship Skills.
