Seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to perform general and specialized work in the routine, preventative, emergency repair, installation, adjusting and servicing of air conditioning, heating, ventilation and refrigeration equipment and of related pumps, motors and controls. They will operate, install, repair, and maintain support equipment for the main air and distribution systems and for commercial and domestic refrigeration systems. They will work with computer building automation systems to troubleshoot, operate and change building set points and adjust building parameter and schedules. Special knowledge in HVAC wiring and electrical wiring is a HUGE plus! Job Summary Major duties include: Performs and/or directs the performance of all maintenance service requests, insuring that work performed in these areas is accomplished efficiently with a minimum amount of disruption and inconvenience Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems Maintain lighting system bulbs, light fixtures and ballasts Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment Perform general interior maintenance - hang pictures, repair office furniture systems, minor plumbing Completes special tasks that include but are not limited to; painting, locksmith work, tenant services requests, and general maintenance as assigned Moves office furniture, machinery, equipment and other materials as requested Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operation Perform plumbing work such as replacing of sinks, toilets, pipes Other assigned operational tasks as may be typically expected of a facility maintenance professional Job Requirements Job requirements and qualifications: HVAC maintenance and repair experience Experience performing electrical, plumbing, carpentry work Mechanical aptitude About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
