ASPHIRE Staffing, a division of Corporate Brokers, specializes in the placement of Customer Service professionals. We are currently hiring a Senior Business Development Executive to join in the growth of our division. The Senior Business Development Executive is responsible for developing and executing the business development strategy to grow the Asphire and Enterprise portfolio of clients. Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities of this role include; but are not limited to: Create and execute a business development strategy around core offerings, Professional and Customer Service talent programs. Build effective pipeline of prospective clients to generate sales leads. Cold-call prospective clients, and schedule meetings to present service offerings to clients on a weekly basis. Develop a strong understanding of customers business operations and goals to perform new business development activities expanding existing business offerings to current clients and penetrating new customers Prepares and delivers Request for Proposal (RFPs) documents and proposals Build relationships with all levels of executives at prospective clients, starting with the economic buyer, (where possible) to develop the partnership and further potential opportunities Seek referrals from appropriate current and networking contacts Assess the competitive landscape and institute changes to the sales program in response to competitor challenges Review expected KPI s, including sales activity and pipeline forecasts, with the Division Head on a weekly basis, via phone call or video at a predetermined schedule as required, scheduled time of call may be subject to change based on business needs Forecast quarterly and annual sales goals and provide updates on monthly basis Manage contract negotiations along with back-office support Partner with Marketing Department to implement marketing collateral to support business development efforts that align with company messaging and branding Consistently meets or exceeds established, agreed, quarterly and annual revenue targets Maintains all contacts, meetings and discussions in CRM database Essential Skills and Experience: Bachelor s Degree required Proven sales track record and a minimum of 5 years selling Staffing Services Experience selling Call Center staffing is preferred Goal Driven and Team Oriented Proficient in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written communications Professionalism Must have excellent customer service; enthusiasm, passion for working with people, great work ethic High internal commitment to achieve success; ambition to create and execute goals and deliverables Ability to work through adversity and in a fast-paced environment High sense of urgency Strong organizational skills #LI-ASPHIRE
