HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST NEEDED IN ANNAPOLIS-JUNCTION (TEMPORARY). Start date expected - 10/1. Aerotek's client is looking for a strategic HR consultant to handle higher level HR duties in the manager's absence. They will need to maintain different HR systems including Deltek Costpoint and Kelly Services Benefits. Some other job duties are as follows:- Enter and set up new hires, promotions, compensation and bonus adjustments.- Serve as initial point of contact for all Human Resources inquiries received via e-mail, phone and in-person on HR services/benefits; - Assist with Open Enrollment in November- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers- Coordinate the recruiting efforts and interview processes- Manage the on boarding process and coordination of new hires.- Maintain all electronic files for records retention- Collect year-end performance evaluations and send reminders to supervisors, scan and file electronicallyExperience REQUIRED:-On boarding 2-3 years-Payroll and I9 forms 2-3 years-Benefits 2-3 yearsAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
