All of the projects will be in the commercial construction for public and private sectors.Client DetailsMy client is Design/Build construction company. They are General Contractors who, have been in business since 1988. All of their work has been Commercial in both the Public & Private Sectors. Universities, Hospitals, Defense Contractors, and High-Tech spaces, are among a few of the project types. Most of their work is in Montgomery and Howard County, Frederick, and Baltimore. DescriptionKey Responsibilities for the Project Manager:Assume total responsibility for a quality built project while maintaining schedule and budget.Manage and enforce the corporate safety program through the Superintendent.Manage and update the project schedule, schedule recovery.Manage the project budget, budget recovery.Lead and oversee the entire job site construction process.Control and manage the direction of the project.Monitor the progress, performance, and quality of the project(s).Insure that the project budget is followed in terms of purchases and labor costs.Conduct Owner and Subcontractor meetings.Facilitate and Manage critical path activities.Identify and process all change orders and changes in scope.Identify and generate RFI's based on field condition and facilitate rapid and complete responses from design team.Manage and Review Project Submittals from subcontractors and submit to the appropriate design consultants.Create, manage, and execute through Superintendent the Project "Punch List".Coordinate and submit all required sign-offs and program documentation.Submit your resume today and it will be considered within 48 hours of submission.
