HR Assistant Adecco is assisting an international company in the cuisine industry with recruiting for a Human Resources Assistant role in Sterling, VA. This HR Assistant position is a temp to hire opportunity! INTERVIEWING IMMEDIATELY! HR Assistant jobs require candidates to have previous experience working in HR with onboarding and off-boarding employees, I-9 verifications, and use of a CRM. Responsibilities for this HR Assistant position includes but are not limited to: Assisting the HR Generalist and Director with administrative responsibilities. Coordinating and distributing onboarding and off-boarding paperwork to new employees Assist with employment verifications Assist with scheduling phone and in-person interviews Assisting with processing payroll of hourly and salary paid employees Create and post job openings online Answer employee questions regarding pay, benefits, and other documentation Utilize Excel and a Customer Relationship Management system. Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this HR Assistant position: High School Diploma or GED required 2+ years of experience in HR 1+ years in an administrative role Experience with MS Office and a CRM Problem solving experience Ability to work overtime What's in this for you?
