The Management Training Program (MTP) is designed to provide you with all the skills needed to effectively manage and lead one or our design retail locations. Training is in our headquarters location in Springfield, Virginia. Candidates who successfully complete the program will then relocate to an available opportunity in the Mid-Atlantic region. The program includes hands on and self-regulated job training in all aspects of the retail locations. The areas covered include: design, sales, customer service, marketing, human resources, account management and exposure to warehouse and other areas that impact retail establishments. Continued education and training is an integral part of the MTP program not only in these areas but products and trends as well. Job Requirements:Responsibilities: . Manager the day to day operations in store . Create best in store experience possible . Lead the sales team in the store . Create a meaningful friendly customer experience A successful candidate will have 5 years industry experience or BS/BA in business management or design and: . Eagerness to learn and be an exceptional leader . Want a career not a job . Strong interpersonal and customer service skills . Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Ability to create a positive, productive and supportive work environment . Problem solving . Well organized . Strong personal moral code and ethics . Ability to relocate for promotion opportunities .
